"HI"

Sadie's newest trick is learning to wave :) She loves to wave hello or goodbye to anyone. It's really cute. Sometimes it's very subtle, other times it's very overt, but she's obviously loving her new skill because she practices it all day long!
She also is spinning on her belly, reach, grasping and getting into things without managing to really crawl yet. . . it's just around the corner! Look out Sophie! Here she comes!

Trick or Treat!

We had fantastic weather here for our trick or treat night! It was 50 degrees at the beginning of our evening. The girls both enjoyed all the people watching we did downtown. It was hoping! We went out with our neighbors, I included a picture of Sophie and Kyle. It's not a clear photo but very cute! Sadie's costume was so fitting for our little pumpkin. She looked as round and chubby as ever! I loved it!

Snow

I looked out the window to see snow this morning. It was just a little bit at first. Sophie said to me, "no that's moths." A moment later it was more recognizable as snow, then she said, "doesn't Santa come when it snows?" She's getting too smart ;)

Pumpkins, pumpkins, pumpkins!

We visited two different pumkin patches this week! Tuesday we went to Pigeon Roost with MOPS. It was a sunny but chilly morning! Sophie had fun on all the activities, but mommy was ready to go! I enjoyed chatting with the other mommies, seeing the camels (what they have to do with pumkins I'm still not sure!), picking out our perfect pumkin (photo to follow). Yesterday we went with my friends Tomi and Heather and their girls to Devine Farms. The weather was a little warmer and the girls had a great time. The barrel train was a favorite! And, I love the paint a pumkin activity that they do! Now we have two fantastic looking pumpkins!

Sadie has broken skin for her first tooth a week ago on Saturday. It's been bothering her a great deal! I suspect she might be close on her second bottom tooth, too!
