I've been working really hard this week to get my website up and running for life prints design. I'm ready to send the email out to my contact list, but am too weary tonight to trust it's accuracy! I'm hopeful that this will be a successful adventure! I have lots of new ideas to add to the site, but for now I think I'm starting with some managable basics.
The girls had their shots this week at the health clinic. Sophie was really tough getting her 4 shots! The last one did her in, they told me it would, too. They said it would sting like a bee sting for several minutes. Even considering that she was pretty brave. Sadie was really mad about her one shot. She does not like that nurse now! Mom went with me, thank you mom!!! We took the girls to McD's for a treat and then a donut. Life was looking a whole lot better by then. Sadie had one bite of her first donut hole in her mouth, still holding the rest of the donut and she was saying "more!"
Last night we went to the HS football game with both girls. Sophie has been asking to go! We've taken her to one game the past two years. This was Sadie's first time :) Both girls loved it. Sadie tried to run on the field a few times. We were standing near the opening for the teams to come and go...big mistake! I could just see the headlines...Sophie was in her element. We met friends there and she was having a great time. However, she asked mommy to give her space, not once but 2 times! I guess I was crowding her style. Yikes...isn't this supposed to happen in like 7 years? Oh dear. She is getting so independent. I'm not sure I like this new leaf.
