We made a last minute switch last weekend with Sophie's preschool schedule. It was stressful at the time but she had a GREAT first week of school this week, so I am so thankful! We went to her meet the teacher day last week and there were 14 kids, 10 of which were boys and 5 of them over 5. With her being a young 4 (her big day is tomorrow), we thought she would be a little on the young side for this class. So, we have her in a class that has an even number of boys and girls and she's really enjoying it. I think the extra day will be a big help for me as well!
Sadie has really begun to sit up well the last few days. It's like all of the sudden she's getting the hang of it. It's amazing how a new skill just sort of sneaks up on you! She's looking like such a big girl sitting up! Wow. We are amazed at how big she is already! She's wearing 12-18 month clothes. Unbelievable. We go to the doctor on Tuesday, it will be interesting to see how much our little chunk weighs now.
Sophie and I are fighting a little bit of a head cold and I am so hopeful that a good night sleep is all we need. I want her to be at her best for her big day tomorrow!
