"They will have no fear of bad news, their hearts are steadfast, trusting in the Lord." Ps. 112:7
This is the verse that I am reading and re-reading during this time of rest. When I start to worry, I try to refocus on my source of hope. It's a daily decision to place my trust in Him, and not let worry be my guide!
