Happy Easter everyone! Sophie and I recreated a bunny cake like my grandmother Morrow made for my 2nd birthday on Easter morning. We have been looking back at old photos and Sophie loved the bunny cake, so we made our very own! It was lots of fun! Here's us in the kitchen, Sophie in her new Cinderella dress from the Easter bunny and me in my robe!
The cake is easy to make from 2 9" round cake pans. Cut the ears and bow tie from one round, the head is the other.
