The big walk was today and we went and had great fun doing all the fun activities. We didn't actually "walk" this year, but we enjoyed ourselves! We weren't sure how it would work with Sadie's eating schedule to be out on the 5 mile trek...so we will lace up next year for the walk again! We did succeed in meeting our fundraising goal and we are so excited! We had a couple of corporate matching gifts that pushed us right up to $1500! Thank you so much to everyone that supported Team Cotts and helped us raise $ for such a great cause.
All the Cotts' girls have been sick this past week, but are feeling much better this weekend. We had yucky head colds and they kept us inside most of the week. The nice thing about that was that we were able to witness the beauty of spring outside our windows more each day. It has been the most beautiful spring I can ever remember! The flowering trees have been amazing! What a beautiful world we live in!

Dear Cotts girl,
Your attitude is amazing! To imagine you enjoying the spring flowers THROUGH THE WINDOW just makes me smile. Such wisdom to see the beauty inspite of THREE headcolds!! I'm glad you were able to get to the March and to meet your goal. That was a blessing!! YOU are a blessing! xxxx0000
Hi - doesn't the arrival of spring do wonders to our psyches!! We had spring but then it decided to snow this weekend:( We struck off for our American Heart Association walk determined to do it but arrived and it was a mess! M was bundled in the stroller but E was on David's shoulders and after about an hour was too cold. Right at the start time, it really began to snow and the wind was blowing (so much that it was pushing the stroller!!) so we packed it up and went home. Elodie was bummed becuase we had been talking up the walk but once we were warm again and inside she realized that it was a wise decision! Get well soon. Love, Delphine
