We got some good snow on Friday morning. Sophie enjoyed playing on the back porch while the snow was still fluffy and dry. By afternoon it had turned pretty wet and a lot of it had melted off of the hill...but that didn't stop her and Tom from going out and enjoying it for an hour. They took five runs down the hill - she walked all the way back up all but one time! Tom said his backside is a bit sore now due to the lack of snow on half the hill they were sledding! Because the snow was pretty wet by that point in the day it made a great snow man. Sophie and Tom and posing with him in the photo. She LOVED being outside and playing with Daddy! I enjoyed watching from the inside but would have had more fun being out there with them!

Hey, great snowman. I like his spike hairdo. I'll have to show that to Jim. He's the great snowman maker here. He has even made a snowman twice this year in the neighbor's yard. Bernie is 92 and gets a kick out of having a snowman in her yard. Glad you didn't have a leap day baby, no fun having your day come up on the calendar once every 4 years.
